I think it is a fun year to celebrate when kids are turning three years old because they know and understand that we are celebrating them. It is so fun to celebrate our son’s life.

This season is such a beautiful season here in Sweden where we live. The beautiful colors in the trees always brighten up my days.
The day our son was born was just another day like that. The trees were orange, yellow, and brown. It was so sunny and beautiful. Fall time will always bring back that memory.
I actually have my birthday just three days after him so fall has been connected to birthdays my whole life. đ

Last weekend I was reminded of this Bible verse. You were chosen by God and appointed so that you might go and bear fruit. Fruit that will last.
Whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. It is through all the things that our father gives us that we get to bear fruit. The fruit doesn’t come from our own effort and skill. God chose us to go out and bear fruit that he has provided for.
We get to live in close communication with our Father and he is our provider. We get to be a part of his work and bear fruit through his power and strength.
God loves you so much! He longs for a deep relationship with you and to do things together with you.
