The fact that God loves us in a personal way is not always an easy thing to really understand, but God longs to reveal His love for each and every one of us! God loves you so much.

In our last blog post, we didn’t share that many Bible Verses so we thought we would do that today! We hope these verses will be an encouragement to you as God keeps revealing His love for you!

10 Bible Verses about God’s Love for Us.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

God sending his one and only Son to earth to die for our sins is such a deep act of love. God decided to send his Son so that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. He made that decision because of his great love for us.

“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:8

Romans 5:8

God did not decide to save us because of how perfect we were. It is not through our actions that we get saved. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

God’s Love is Unconditional

God’s love for us is unconditional. Our actions are not the thing that makes him love us. We are loved by him because we were created by him and we are called to be his daughters and sons.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

Also, Jesus dying on the cross is such a testimony of how deep God’s love is for us. Jesus had to suffer so much, not because of something he had done but in order to save us.

Jesus went through so much pain for our sake.

“And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.
God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.”

We can truly rely on the love that God has for us. God will always love us. That will never change.

God Loves Like A Father

God calls us His children! His love for us is like the love of a father loving his children. He didn’t create us to serve Him but to have a relationship with Him. We are not slaves or servants, we are his sons/daughters.

“And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.”

Romans 5:5

One of the greatest gifts we have been given is the Holy Spirit. Through Him, God pours His love into your heart.

“There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.”

God’s Love For You Will Never Be Shaken

“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.”

Isaiah 54:10

No matter our circumstances, God’s love for us will never be shaken.

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Romans 8:38-39

Nothing can separate us from the love of God! How amazing isn’t that! God’s love is greater than all other things!

God’s love is unconditional! His love is unending!
