I don’t know the history behind why we associate eggs with easter but one way of looking at it could be that eggs symbolize new life.

Dyeing and coloring eggs is a fun activity to do with small kids so we have the tradition of doing that every year with our kids.

Our kids also really like to color on paper so I made these coloring pages for them and thought I would share them with you.

These coloring pages are easy to color even for smaller kids. The thick lines make it easier to stay inside the lines.

Jesus said: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.” Jesus is the resurrection and the life. God sent his son to earth to die for us. Through Jesus, we are saved.

Romans 6:8-10

“For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he cannot die again; death no longer has mastery over him.” Jesus can not die again. The victory that Jesus won on the cross is final.

God’s Love For Us Is Unconditional

Jesus made it possible for us to live in a close relationship with God. God longs to share that kind of relationship with you. Through Jesus, we can live a life close to a holy God.

It is through the grace of God that we are saved.

While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. God chose to send his son to earth to die for our sins not because we deserved it. God sent his son because of his great love for us. God’s love for us is unconditional.

There is nothing we can do to make him love us more. God loves us because of who we are not because of what we do.

Jesus dying on the cross shows so much about God’s love for us.
